Turbocharger Kits VT-VZ
For those wishing to pursue more power or like huge top end power, the T-1000 is the sensible choice. Utilizing a dual ball bearing Garrett GT4502R turbocharger, the T-1000 is capable of generating over 550rwkw on a suitably built engine. Aimed more at those wanting to dominate dyno days or run the quarter mile, the T-1000 is just as easily at home on a standard engine with perfect street manners. The T-1000 has proven itself both on and off the track having run 10.1 seconds on an unopened LS1 running full weight. Dyno wise, several cars have generated over 500rwkw with the T-1000 on a properly built engine. For the ultimate horsepower rush or those wishing to build a motor to dominate the track, the T-1000 is the perfect choice.
There is an option to coat all the hot parts (manifold, crossover pipe, dump pipe and turbo turbine housing) in HPC coating.
The following parts are included in the kit:
- Garrett GT4502R turbo
- Tial 44mm Wastegate
- 600x300x75 core size, intercooler
- 3 inch intercooler piping and silicone joiners with hoseclamps
- Water and oil drain kit including turbo feed lines
- Header tank relocation kit
- K&N pod air filter
ASE’s TT-1000 Twin Turbo Kit is essentially the same as the TT-750 except is uses larger twin GT3076R turbos. Included in the kit are twin custom made sch40 steel manifolds and twin Garrett internally wastegated ball bearing turbochargers. This kit has the potential to generate upwards of around 550rwkw on a properly built engine. Another feature of the TT-1000 is a dual entry 600x300x75 core size, intercooler (as seen in the picture below) which is class leading. All intercooler piping and manifolds are manufactured inhouse at ASE who deliver our customers locally made products.
Black powder coating is included as standard on the kit. This covers all intercooler piping and air intake pipes to give the best longevity whilst maintaining a stealth look. If a customer wishes to not have the parts coated, that is no problem.There is an option to coat all the hot parts (both manifolds, turbo turbine housings and dump pipes) in HPC coating.
